This summer the Silcotech team came together for their Annual Barbecue, a new yearly tradition that brought together all of Silcotech’s employees for burgers and traditional Indian street food known as Panipuri or Golgappa and Bhalla Papdi Chaat. Halwayi Style brought their famously delightful attitudes and served equally delightful Panipuri and Chaat on the spot.
The Caledon Rotary graciously donated their time and Chuckwagon to grill up the hundreds of burgers, veggie burgers, and chicken burgers. They even dressed as many salads for the hungry Silcotech crowd.
It’s always a great reminder that while we work hard together, we also take time to celebrate, connect, and enjoy each other’s company outside the production floor. Events like these strengthen the bonds that make Silcotech not just a workplace, but a community.
